I’m a seasoned mortgage professional, design leader, and researcher who is passionate about customer experience. Based in Northern Virginia, I’ve spent the last 5 years driving the adoption of human-centered design as a founding member of an in-house customer experience design team.

Currently I’m a Design Strategy Manager at Fannie Mae, where I lead a full-stack design team focused on improving the experiences for both our customers in the affordable housing space, and employees across the enterprise. Prior to that, I managed a loan servicing portfolio in a customer-facing role supporting hundreds of financial institutions.

I have a M.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland BC, and a B.S. in Finance, with a minor in economics from George Mason University. I’m looking for opportunities to combine my current design work with my experience in the business to deliver delightful, pragmatic solutions to customers.
